Each baseball and softball team is required to secure a $600 Team Sponsor.  Teams can be sponsored by a company, and individual, a family, or a group of people.  Please direct your team sponsorship questions to our sponsorship coordinator at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .  To see a list of the Team Sponsors for the current year, click here.

Become a Team Sponsor

If you are ready to commit to a Team Sponsorship, PLEASE complete the SSYS Team Sponsorship form .  This allows us to more easily track sponsorships and ensure that your sponsorship is associated with the right team!  If you need help soliciting a team sponsor, the Sponsor request letter can help you articulate the needs of the park (see point 1 below for the link to the Sponsor Request Letter.)

1.  Download the SSYS Sponsorship packet   The sponsor request letter is designed to be used if you need to solicit a sponsor and need some content to help describe SSYS and the needs of our program.

2.  Complete the Sponsorship form.  Please be sure to indicate which League and team you are sponsoring.  If you do not have a specific team you want to sponsor, we will assign your sponsorship to a team that was unable to secure a sponsorship.

3.  Pay for your sponsorship.  

     Check:  Include with the completed sponsorship form

4.  Submit the completed Sponsorship form.  We  need your sponsorship form!  This helps to ensure that we accurately track all of our team sponsor ships! You can submit the form by:

     - Mailing in to the address on the Sponsorship form

5.  Submit electronic logo.  If your team banner requires a corporate logo, please follow the instructions on the sponsorship form for submitting an electronic version of the logo.

Team Sponsor FAQs

Q:  Can we split the Team Sponsorship?
A:  Yes.  For example, you can have one person/company donate $300 and another person/company donate the remaining $300.  Keep in mind that there is only ONE banner per $600 sponsorship, so the banner will reflect both $300 Sponsors.
Q:  I would like to sponsor a team but I don't have children that play at SSYS.  Can I do this?
A:  Yes.  Every year we have teams that struggle to secure a sponsor and your sponsorship would be used to cover one of these teams, thank you!!
Q:  What happens if we cannot secure a team sponsor?
A:  Please let our sponsorship coordinator at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it know that you are struggling to find a sponsor.  We often have companies that want to sponsor multiple team and we can use one of these sponsorships to cover your team.  Another option is to do a family sponsorship and collect money from the families on your team...for a 12 person team this would break down to $50 per family.
