Field Sponsorship ($3,000 - $9,000)

Show your support by sponsoring one of our nine  baseball and softball fields.  The naming of each of the nine baseball and softball fields will be available for sponsorship.  The Field Sponsorship Program Package includes:

• Name on field in three locations
• Name on top of park Sponsorship Board
• Name on website as field name with logo
• Six invitations to sponsorship event
• All schedules will carry field name
• Tournaments/MVP Day named for company
• Distribute sponsor promotional materials
• Opportunity to participate in special events

Program Pricing is based on which field you are sponsoring:

• Rookie, International, A Fields - $3,000
• Softball, AA, AAA Leagues - $5,000
• Field #2 - $7,000
• Field #1 - $9,000

Event Sponsorship (Varies from $1,000 - $1,500)

Every year SSYS holds several family oriented events designed to bring our park families together for good old fashion fun!  We are looking to raise money to support these events.  Events available for sponsorship are the Opening Day Parade & Ceremony and Family Night.

All Event Sponsors receive these benefits :

• Highly visible event sponsor banner
• Logo on large event street banner
• Announced as sponsor at event
• Flyers with key sponsor logos sent to all park families
• Website article and link to sponsor
• Announced in weekly newsletter to all park families

Opening Day Parade & Ceremony - March19th

• Teams create banners and parade onto the field. Ceremony includes Sandy Springs Mayor and Council members, board members and sponsors.
• Food and games for all. A sports celebrity guest will throw out opening pitch.
• Program Pricing: $1,500

Family Night at the Park

• Over 800 parents/kids enjoy rides, raffles, games, food, beverages and a live band.

Facility Sponsorship

Our Facility Sponsorship programs are targeted at raising capital funding to build permanent facilities to support the SSYS youth programs.  SSYS is raising capital to support the construction of a Spirit Shack and Instructional Facility.

Spirit Shack ($8,000) - The Spirit Shack Sponsorship program package includes:

• Naming of Building
• Name on park Sponsorship Board
• Nam eon all Spirit Wear Shack advertising
• Six invitations to sponsorship event
• Opportunity to distribute corporate promotional materials at SSYS
• Recognition on SSYS web site

Instructional Facility ($50,000) - The Instructional Facility Sponsorship program package includes:

• Naming of Building
• Name on park Sponsorship Board
• Name on all Instructional Facility advertising
• Six invitations to sponsorship event (annually)
• Web site coverage of all center activities
• Opportunity to distribute corporate promotional materials at SSYS
